My diploma studies equipped me with the knowledge and an abundance of skills such as curriculum planning and design to plan and conduct fun and engaging lessons effectively. My past work experiences in practicum, internship, and extra-curricular activities conducted allowed me to apply these techniques and shaped me into a confident individual in being committed to constantly putting my best effort into the work I do for children from various backgrounds and different learning needs. 

Apart from academics, as a publicity committee member in NP HMS Outreach Team, I participated in designing t-shirts, posters and update social media accounts on the events that we are involved in. In my three years of studies, I have been selected to emcee and facilitate numerous events such as Red Camp, Open House, and Project Lend-a-Hand. Through these exposures, I have honed my creative skills in design, interpersonal skills in communicating with others, and organisational skills in being adaptable at finding solutions to unexpected situations.

I remember chancing upon the short clip titled 'Life Changer' a couple of years back when I took a break from my studies. That was indeed a life-changing moment for me where I gained confidence in this decision I made of what I want my career to be. With my aspirations to be an early educator along with these skills and values I possess, I am positive that I will be great working in the early childhood industry.
